Friends of the Sarasota County History Center

The purpose of the Friends of the Sarasota County History Center is to maintain a corp of people acting in the best interests of the Sarasota County History Center; to promote and support programs and services that will enhance efforts of the History Center; to assist in promoting the use and enjoyment of the facilities and its services; and to actively direct activities that will develop funding for the facilities.

The Friends are actively recruiting members to participate in these efforts and to build a volunteer program designed to provide service to our History Center.
