Gulf View Inn Exterior

The formidable Gulf View Inn was constructed in just 16 days in 1925! It was designed to be used for housing tourists who might be interested in purchasing real estate while they visited Sarasota. It lasted well beyond the projected use of 2 years and was eventually torn down in the 1980s to make way for a condominium.
